“Such a nice hotel in such a wonderful village. Anna at the front desk accommodated us very nicely and treated us cookies, much needed after a long drive from Ottawa. Breakfast could be taken out on the cosy patio.”

The staff's negative attitude and desire to charge extra for anything possible is really giving Hilton a bad image. Will probably not book Double Tree again. ”
