“Our recent stay at Lenox Hotel was disappointing. The property is quite old and lacks modern facilities. The bathroom was poorly maintained, with leaking taps and no exhaust fan or proper ventilation, making it feel very stuffy and suffocating.
There was also a strange, unpleasant smell throughout the hotel. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable, and for the price, we expected much better maintenance and facilities. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again.”
“We did a short stay but the hotel was exceptionally clean. Our room was well stocked with extra blankets and pillows. Upon check-in, the staff especially Eli at the front desk, was very friendly and helpful. We were always greeted by name. We only had one issue and that was with the shower.. Eli made sure it was taken care of immediately.
The breakfast provided had plenty of options and well labelled for people with allergy and dietary restrictions. The food was hot and fresh.
