Great comfortable cottage within walking distance of Queen Street, with view of the Niagara River. There are stairs to the second floor master, which is spacious. The tub could be an issue for some as there are no grab bars and the step in and out may be problematic for some, and there is only a handheld no overhead shower. Otherwise everything was great.

The heat was completely off - I turned the heat down to 64 degrees - it was stifling hot upstairs and in the primary kitchen/living area. The 1st floor bedroom was cool. Not sure what you can do to remedy the issue. The house is immaculate. You did a great job updating the entire house.
