The Space:
Welcome to your Black Point escape! This spacious coastal retreat in Niantic offers over 2,500 sq. ft. of thoughtfully furnished living space, perfect for families and groups.

Take in the views, prepare meals in the fully stocked kitchen, and gather around the dining area for shared meals and stories. The outdoor deck features comfortable seating and a propane grill—ideal for sunset dinners and morning coffee in the salty air.

The open kitchen includes everything you need for your stay:
• Full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher
• Cookware, utensils, dishes, and glassware
• Drip coffee maker and Keurig (just bring your favorite coffee!)
• Basic paper goods and cleaning supplies provided

Sleeping Arrangements:
• Bedroom 1 (Main Floor): Queen bed + private full bath - great for guests who prefer main-level living.
• Bedroom 2 (Main Floor): Queen bed + full bath just outside
• Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): Two twin beds – perfect for kids or singles

There is a small lounge area upstairs with its own TV, along with TVs in all the bedrooms so everyone can enjoy their favorite shows. With high-speed Wi-Fi included, you'll have easy access to all your go-to apps and streaming services.

Pack light and stay fresh—guests have access to an on-site washer and dryer, along with basic laundry supplies to keep your beachwear ready for the next adventure. Traveling with young kids?
