You have a large bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room with comfortable mattress.

For moments of conviviality the American kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, ceramic hob, nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, toaster

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and the toilet is separate.

Washing machine and wi-fi access available .

Sheets and towels provided.

A 15 minute walk , there is the tram, the Promenades des Anglais and shops.

For travellers coming from the airport, the tram is direct to the apartment (stop Carras)
