Beautiful property in a lovely location

We had a superb time and property is exactly as described and pictured. It is in a perfect location, very close by to a small shopping mall with Monoprix supermarket and also very close for the trains and buses which run regular and are cheap. Certainly no need for a car. I can highly recommend the property, its is just fantastic.

Great place on a beautiful beach

My wife and our son had an excellent time staying at Chris's place. It is exactly what you need for your holidays in the South of France. The place is pristine and has everuthing you need. It is air conditioned, with a balcony thta faces the beach (and direct access to it as well). Located close to Nice (a bus takes you donwtown and it is 100 mts away); and 200 mts from the train station. Your perfect location for Cannes, Antibes and Monaco (all within 30 min). We would stay here all summer if i could.

Dejlig lille lejlighed lige ved stranden

Dejlig lille lejlighed med alle fornĂždenheder og i god stand og renholdelse. Beliggenheden er perfekt med stranden lige udenfor og tĂŠt til et stort udvalg af restauranter og butikker. Bussen til Nice kĂžrer 200 meter fra lejligheden. VĂŠrten Christine var yderst hjĂŠlpsom og ind- og udtjekning gik problemfrit.

Excellente vacances en bord de mer

Nous avons passĂ© un super sĂ©jour en famille dans l'appartement de Christine Ă  Saint-Laurent du Var. L'emplacement Ă©tait idĂ©al, prĂšs des restaurants (la cĂŽte de bƓuf chez Vyrus Ă  quelques pas de la vaut le dĂ©tour), du centre commercial et avec une superbe promenade en front de mer, mais Ă©galement trĂšs proche de l'aĂ©roport et de la gare TER (pour se rendre Ă  Monaco et aux environs). L'appartement Ă©tait fonctionnel, dĂ©corĂ© avec gout, et bien Ă©quipĂ©. Christine a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs accueillante et accommodante. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit oĂč nous avons passĂ© de trĂšs bons moments en famille.

L'emplacement est top, l'appartement est grand et trĂšs bien agencĂ©. Il dispose d'une place de parking sĂ©curisĂ©e, mĂȘme si la voiture n'est pas forcĂ©ment nĂ©cessaire car tout est Ă  proximitĂ© immĂ©diate : bars, restaurants, grand centre commercial, bus, gare TER. Les petites attentions ainsi que la sympathie de la propriĂ©taire nous ont beaucoup touchĂ©. Nous reviendrons sans hĂ©siter !

A little gem - perfect location !

I stayed here with my mother and my teenage daughter and the location could not have been better. Walking distance to beaches, shopping mall and restaurants. The place is beautifully appointed and cozy, we felt right at home. Chris is a wonderful and responsive host. We enjoyed our short stay and highly recommend this place ! Thank you

The perfect location

The apartment was perfect for the two of us and had all the facilities one needs for a stay in the south of `France. We didn't cook in the apartment (why would you with so many restaurants to choose from) we just had breakfast before heading out to explore. The apartment is on the promenade next to the beach and the sea. There is a massive shopping centre within walking distance which has a Monoprix for grocery supplies. From the apartment we were able to drive out to Grasse, Menton, Eze, Anitibes and into Nice itself. The communication with our host was excellent and If we go back to the South of France I would stay in the same apartment. 10 out of 10. Thank you Christine (and Sabrina)

Great Location!

The host needs to ensure when renting to English speaking travellers she should be the one greeting them as Sabrina was not able to communicate with us at all. The host should provide some basic details about the location for example that there is a grocery store a short walk away. The property does need some TLC. However it’s location was undeniably superb!

Perfect Location to Enjoy

We booked for 10 days to attend the rugby World Cup and were very happy with our stay. The beachfront location was perfect and we never tired of the ocean views. Great location to watch the planes land, and no issue with noise. The mall is a few minutes walk which includes Monoprix market and a pharmacy. The bus stop is at the mall which is convenient for the airport and to go into central Nice. The St Laurant du Var train station is about 10 min walk as well. The host provided a wonderful stay and I hope to stay again in the future, Merci!!!

Great spot for exploring.

This apartment is such a gem. We stayed here for the Monaco GP as the train station is very close. Beautiful apartment close to the sea and restaurants. Great for exploring.

An amazing place looking out to the beach just as described in vrbo. It was very near the CAP shopping mall and a wide selection of restaurants. I could take a stroll at anytime and felt safe there. The host was wonderful and was very accommodating for my early check-in. I am definitely coming back again.

Just as advertised.

We were glad to get to know the area. Alhough we prefer Nice proper (we visit several times a year). This apartment felt safe and has a lovely view. Good walking and transportation available. We took the bus several times and the train once. Communication with Christine was good. Just to know, not a problem but washing machine with no dryer (one has to plan ahead). Micowave but no oven. The bed and linens need an upgrade, but still a good value.
