Hello Pernilla. Thank your feedback. Just letting you know that the lack of soap and towels in the dorms it’s normal. These services are only as an extra charge. If you want for the next time, we recommend you to try the 5 or 6 people dorms. These are bigger than the dorms of 4 people. Don’t hesitate to contact us for any question. Hello, thank you for your review. We are very sorry for this unexpected problem we had with the airconditioning which affected one floor of rooms. The technician arrived the next morning to fix it however it was necessary to order a replacement part in and therefore repairing it took longer than we would have hoped. We hope to see you again, when our airconditioning will be functioning perfectly as usual!

We have events every single night but during your stay we had to cancell one because of last minute emergency.
