Prisvärt hotell nära flygplatsen
Vi valde hotellet då det låg nära Nice flygplats. Rummet var stort, snyggt och rent. Kaffemaskin och gratis vatten på flaska. Tyvärr heltäckningsmatta på golvet. 24/7 bemanning i receptionen. Bra parkering och 50 m från stranden!

Kort stopp i Cagnes-sur-Mer Sur Mer på väg tillbaka hem. Gamla stan värt besök men vid stranden mest turistfällor.

Enklare standard med bra läge och utsikt
Hotellet var av enklare standard men hade bra läge och god service. Vissa dyrare rum mot havet hade fantastiskt utsikt med balcon . Personal var jätte trevligt.

Affordable hotell with a great location, right across from the Beach. Very nice and friendly staff. Not "5-star" in any way but "good value" for money.

Bra läge i Cagnes Sur Mer
Hotellet består av entréplan och plan 1 i en lägenhetsfastighet direkt vid strandpromenaden i Cagnes Sur Mer. Rummen mot gatan är något större och erbjuder än fantastisk vy över strandpromenad, strand och Medelhavet. Rum mot parkeringen har inte samma fina vy, men det är ju fortfarande lika nära. Fräscha rum, något små, men snyggt designade och skönt med A/C i sommarvärmen. Bra, personlig service i receptionen.

L’albergo è carino e le camere lati mare offrono una visuale veramente bellla. Scomoda la camera con il wc separato dal bagno; wc posizionato in un vano cieco con aspiratore non funzionante…..peccato. Pulizia della camera migliorabile.

The rooms are a bit small but the balcony is great. Get the room with the sea side view it’s totally worth it. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would be happy to stay again.

Ok for a short economical visit
This hotel was very dated and our room was not very clean, with mould in several places our bed was so close to the sliding door that you had to crawl over the bed to get out, the sliding door handle was a hazard as if you got up in the night you could catch your arm on it. The television was directly above a chair and if you got up there was a chance you could catch your head on a corner of it. The breakfast area was very cramped. The picture of the view from the hotel was misleading. Our room was looking out onto the car park and the dustbins. The balcony was very cramped also. We did say it was a special occasion 50th Wedding Anniversary but was given their worst room. There was one bar Wi-Fi and no bedside light to read. There was continuous noise from upstairs and we were on their only floor! It is a long way from central Nice. The staff on duty were very polite and tried their best. When the Manager came in the morning we asked to cancel the rest or our 9 night stay but had to cancel with Hotel.com which they did but cost us £50 in phone calls. The hotel is ok for one maybe two nights if you want to be near the airport but other than that we would not recommend it. The photographs do not give an accurate view of this hotel.

Hello, First of all thank you for taking the time to write a comment. We are very sorry your stay at our hotel did not reach your expectations. Indeed, our double standard rooms (the category you chose to reserve on hotel.com) leads to the courtyard, as it is explained in the description of the room. For another view, It was possible to reserve a Superior leading to the Horse racetrack, or a privilege or Junior Suite for a sea view. The center of Nice is 20min away by car from the hotel, or 17min ride from the Cagnes sur Mer train station (which is 10min away from the hotel by walk).Due to a recent take over of the establishment, we are planning of uploading most recent and better quality pictures.Best,

An absolutely wonderful little boutique hotel in the heart of Cagnes-sur-Mer ! A short walk to shops, restaurants, cafés, the rocky beaches, and the train station. The staff was exceptionally friendly and very helpful. Maybe I just don't understand French toilets or plumbing, and it's weird to say, but the toilet was the only thing that was not great.

We loved staying at Tierce, it was super easy getting around (provided you have a car), everything was relaxed and the beach was directly across the road. The room had a nice view of the ocean. There were lots of nice restaurants about 1km down the street or a couple of places directly on the block. If you want a great breakfast you should go to Maison Craime which is worth the walk. Special mention to Vivian who was super cool and easy the whole time, he deserves a pay rise.

It was right across the street from a beach (rocky beach). Staff was very nice. Strange smell in room when we returned at night which must have been coming thru AC (which worked great) because it went away during the night. Great View and balcony. Wish we could have stayed longer. Quick Uber or drive to airport or to Nice.
