Nice hotel, Villa Othero!
Nicely decorated and very clean and proper hotel in Nice. Very convenient too as it is very close to the station (Nice Ville) and a maximum 15 minutes pleasant walk down to the beach and promenade des Anglais.

We stayed for 3 Nights and our room wasn't cleaned one single time- even though We asked for it. The hotel needs a bit of freshing up- dirty carpets and Chipped paint. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is good. Relatively close to tramstop for airport and old town.

Väldigt fina, färglada och rymliga rum. Fina möbler i rummen och på allmäna ytan där det bjuds på gratis kaffe, te och fika så som croissanter och chokladkakor mellan klockan 14.00 och 23.00. Trevlig och välkomnamde personal. Prisvärt!

Trevligt Hotell
Mysigt hotell nära stationen och en kort promenad till shopping och affärer. God frukost i receptionen. Rummen är fina. Trevlig personal som hjälpte till med tips på utflykter, missa inte ett besök i Saint-Paul-de-Vence.

Super nice friendly creative and clean hotel, and both day and night staff were very helpful and nice. The breakfast was healthy and very good. The room was spatious and colorful with a cute balcony.

Amazingly friendly straff!!
The staff In villa otero was the best part of me and mums trip. All were so friendly and they helped us with everything we needed help with. You could ask them anything and they knew the answer. Close hotell to the beach, the trainstation and the city center. We could explore many parts of the french riviera easily. We loved our stay and will definitly come back to villa otero soon!

Snitsigt och personligt hotell
Vistelsen var i sin helhet mycket bra! De små problem som uppstod med att handfatet läckte och att wi-fi slutade fungerade var hotellpersonalen mycket snabba med att fixa och det påverkade oss inte märkbart. Hotellet ligger i ett riktigt lokal-område så man slipper känna sig lika mycket som en turist som man faktiskt är. 10 minuters promenad till stranden. Affär, café, bankomat och restauranger ligger inom dessa 10 minuter. I lobbyn finns gratis kaffe och tidningar. Riktig pärla som jag gärna bor på igen om jag åker tillbaka till Nice.

Härligt inrett hotell nära tågstationen.
Hotellet låg nära tågstationen så det var väldigt lätt att hitta tillbaks dit då det fanns skyltar runt om i staden som pekade mot tågstationen. Vi var först oroliga att det var för långt till stranden men det gick snabbare än vad man trodde att promenera dit. Hotellpersonalen var supertrevliga under hela veckan som vi var där, som gärna ville småprata och tipsa om saker att göra. Själva rummet var inrett i art deco-stil med den igenkännande starka azurblåa färgen som präglar staden. Badrummet var väl det som får lite minus då det var smutsigt i badkaret och kalkavlagringar på duschmunstycket så vattnet sprutade åt alla håll och så saknades det en stor kakelplatta. I övrigt så var rummet fräscht och hade en väl fungerande AC. Rummen var dock inte så ljudisolerade så man hörde ens grannar ganska tydligt. Vi valde först att inte ta med hotellfrukost när vi bokade då vi ansåg att det var väldigt dyrt. Men efter att ha letat efter ställen att äta frukost på ute i stan så insåg vi att det inte alls var så dyrt i jämförelse med annat. Så jag rekommenderar att boka med frukost helt klart! Mycket gott att välja på och man får äta hur mycket man orkar. Hoppas att denna recension är till någons hjälp därute :)

Jag valde hotellet eftersom det är nära tågstationen och bussen till flygplatsen. Området är dock inte så trevligt (som de flesta ställen nära tågstationer), särskilt inte kvällstid. Wifi fungerade ojämt. Trevlig personal och fräscht rum.

The staff were really nice and changed our room when there was an issue with noise; we got a free upgrade. However the hotel is more 3 star; the facilities need to be updated, the usual toiletries are not given, the sheets, towels and bathroom had stains and were not clean. The space was quite small and breakfast whilst ok was limited and not what you’d expect for a continental breakfast. The walls are too thin; the ear plugs provided do not adequately filter out the noise. It is a good location and the staff are really friendly and nice but I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

The staff at the hotel were very polite and helpful. The distance to the train station was great and a lovely walk into the more touristy areas. The area felt safe and the rooms and hotel was very clean. Enjoyed free coffee and pastries through the day. Shower was not amazing, couldn’t get consistent temperature and was quite weak. The pillows weren’t great so struggled to sleep some nights. Overall we had a lovely experience and would definitely come back!

Unterkunft und Erreichbarkeit sehr gut, Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück Riesen Auswahl und sehr lecker 👌 Einziges Manko: die Balkontür lies sich nicht ganz schließen, was dazu geführt hat dass man nachts den ganzen Verkehrslärm mitgehört hat, aber war nicht allzu schlimm.

Nice hotel, little service.
Hotel is in a great location. Unfortunately the service was blah. I had requested 2 twin beds, but arrived to a single. The front desk agent brought up sheets but I had to change them. For 312 Euros a night, I expect much more.

Property is well situated very close to Nice Ville train station which is very convenient. The room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was cozy, the towels were soft and the shower was very nice (just wash your step if you use conditioner as it makes shower bed a tad slippery). They have water, treats and a drink available mid afternoon. You will not be disappointed staying here. It’s an easy walk to everything.

Bel hotel, acceuil agréable, situation parfaite!
Deux nuits dans ce très bel hotel! L'accueil est très agréable. Notre chambre pour trois était parfaite, belle sdb et très jolie décoration. Le pdj est bien complet, buffet sucré salé. La position de l hôtel permet de tt faire à pied! Nous y reviendrons séjourner, car cette ville est magnifique.
