“We stayed in an oceanfront suite with a large balcony and a large deck at the front door. We were able to observe both the sunrise and the sunset. We had an ADA accommodation which was well thoiught of and well designed. Bed was very comfortable. Hosts are very nice and friendly people.”

“The check in was slow and the lady checking us in was very troubled with questions of extra towels that we finally got after a lot of sighing. The room was filthy with soda bottles and other trash on the floor and food remains from previous guests in the window. “Good service”

“I went with a cheaper hotel not realizing it would be gross. Didn’t expect much for the price but at least cleanliness. The floors were gross. There was dead bugs ON TOP of one of the blankets. Dead bugs in the corners of the rooms. Stains from insect excrement on the drapery and all around the window. Our door wouldn’t stay latched and for the deadbolt to work you had to give it everything you have. My wife couldn’t even do it. Our door just kept popping open. The room smelled musty and when I...

“The room was dirty and in disrepair, cigarette burns on the bedding, actual dirt or mold on the soap containers. We had to leave almost immediately. Camping in a tent would have been cleaner.”

“Staff, rooms and breakfast”

“We had a short overnight stay but were very impressed with the cleanliness of the lobby and hotel room. Aesthetics are modern and appealing. Monique at the front desk upon check in was kind enough to take the time to rework our existing reservation to have rooms directly next door to family. Breakfast offered a good variety. Buffet and eating area was clean and well kept. We will 100% stay again.”

“Loved my stay here! The room was super clean and the breakfast had plenty of good options. The staff were fantastic and so helpful the whole time. I also really enjoyed the pool area—it’s such a chill spot, and there are plenty of other comfy areas in the hotel to just hang out and relax.”

“The property was dirty and smelled like wet carpet. The ac wasn't blowing cold air. The restroom and bath tub were dirty along with hair left behind. First night we heard a woman screaming outside. Second day our card just stopped working and we weren't about to get into our room. The beds had stains on the sheets. All the plugs couldn't hold our charges. Definitely will not be staying again. Definitely not family friendly.”

“Everything was great for us, the only thing I could even hope to be better is not their fault. We chose a ‘pet friendly’ hotel and we have no pet, the odor in the hall was a bit strong but room had none. Still very happy with our stay.”

“No breakfastin motel no resaurants”

“You get what you pay for here. The room was clean, but don’t expect to be aesthetically pleased with the complex. The staff was helpful, air conditioning worked, and the pool area was clean as well. The bed wasn’t great, but for the price can’t complain. The ice machine was not working (looks like it’s been out for a while). Would’ve been good to know beforehand. What ultimately made this place worth it was the cost and pool.”

“The AC unit was nasty on the inside full of roaches dirt and hair. The floor was not mopped at all so our feet were dirty. The bed sheets had stains and so did the pillows. We had to call Expedia to get moved to a new room because the hotel said they are booked up. Maybe about 10 cars outside. Expedia was able to get the hotel to provide a new room.
