“I liked the customer service and the room was clean. My only concern and complaint was the mattress was obviously old and smelled like smoke and dog. I actually didn’t sleep well due to the smell. Also there was no small refrigerator in my room, which would have been helpful. Other than the disgusting mattress it was a decent property. Most likely won’t go again though.”

“Excellent staff and my only complaint is that the window in room allows air through during high winds. Appears someone tried to use duct tape to block it but didn’t work.”

“The property considering what you get for what you pay for was actually pretty good. I had one night for $51 and the room was basically clean the bed was decent and all the basic amenities you expect from a hotel room were there.Was it an older building Yes was it shabby yes but the clerk at the desk when I checked in it was very sweet and the bed was decently comfortable. Location is entral and near Integris hospital. I miss breakfast because I overslept. For that price I would stay there...

“The room was fine, but a couple issues I had was no one at the front desk seemed to answer the phone when I called with questions. And the fact that the same type of room I checked into was being offered for $100 less then what I payed when I reserved it just 2 days prior was really frustrating. And so I dont see the point in reserving a room here if its gonna be available far cheaper when you actually get to the location”

“Our stay was not to good. The elevator kept messing up for 2 days we had to keep taking the steps. The 4 nights that we stayed the cable was also messed up. We had 2 kids with us and nothing for them to watch. The carpet was dirty,was scared to take shoes off. Lastly there was a cloth chair in the room , it also was dirty and parts of it was failed and torn.”

“Great place to stay. Even though it’s not a hotel, but the room was super clean. They cleaned up the room and changed the towels EVERY DAY! As in a good hotel. The location is also great, a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. Good coffee in the morning. Overall, I satisfied with my experience.”

“Beautiful and very clean. We had the handicap room and it’s perfect for walkers and wheelchairs-the bathroom was super accommodating! Breakfast was amazing!!”

“There has been a change of owner of this hotel recently. The last visits I have made I have asked the owner to clean the pool. It is very dirty and you dont want to swim there. There was a pool service guy there but the pool did not look better after his visit. Not good. Also there used to be a lot of sports channnels on TV to chose between. Now thtere are just a few left. But the rooms are large and quite ok! The price has increased 15% since the last owner.”

“Apparently, the policy is to clean the room and replenish towels, coffee, etc. every other day, which is okay. We requested additional towels which were provided. However, both trash cans were overflowing by day 2. Need larger trash cans with service every other day.”
