“Vi hade en fantastisk upplevelse på Tango Mar. Den stora tillgången är platsen. Fin strand med mycket lite människor, bara en kort promenad in i djungeln på stigar såg vi flera olika sorters apor, fåglar, fjärillar och ett vattenfall. Detta är ett lugnt ställe, bra mat, fantastisk service, rent och snyggt. Det finns ings träningsmöjligheter och WiFi är ok.”
“The checking-in was extremely low, the person in charge seemes not to be knowledgeable about the process. The rooms were supposed to be paid in full.
At the check out they messed up, charging me what I already paid. When I realized the error, nad they the agreed that was an error on their side, they told 15-30 day to reimburse the wrong charges.
Really not a very good customer service at the front desk.
Restaurant and other areas the service was excellent.”
“Beautiful resort, HOWEVER, if you aren't an entomologist you might not like your stay here. The doors don't seal, the windows don't seal, the outdoor shower doesn't seal, and that results in every bug and small animal in your villa. That is unacceptable for a "4 star" resort. While it wasn't the end of the world for us, having a June bug fly in your hair while in bed can be very unnerving or the squawk of a lizard on the ceiling at 3am can be annoying. We're not talking about a little gecko...
