“My experience at this property was quite disappointing. When I arrived, the room was not ready, which was inconvenient after a long journey. Unfortunately, the cleanliness standards were also not up to expectations — the washroom was dirty, there were used bedsheets, and even the towels provided were unclean.
Basic amenities were missing as well. There was no drinking water or even a glass in the room, and I had to repeatedly request the staff for essentials, which should ideally be provided...

“I have stayed here several times. When in Delhi on business I like to take a couple of days in Vrindavan. The hotel is basic, far from European standard. It is more like a guesthouse but it works. The staff is friendly and helpful and the restaurant has good food. The location is ideal: in a small street away from the noise on the main roads, about 5 minutes walking from ISKCON which is where I like to go. I'll stay here again next time I come.”
