“Hervorzuheben sind in jedem Fall die Inhaber! Da unsere Anreise mehr als turbulent verlief, wurde uns angeboten uns im Notfall zur Veranstaltung zu bringen. Großartig! Letztendlich konnten wir dann aber doch noch zu Fuß den Veranstaltungsort erreichen, die Lage des Hotels ist für unser Vorhaben unschlagbar gewesen. Wir habe uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer gerne wiederkommen.”

“Check in was cumbersome due to sudden heavy rain showers. Room in the new building was a complete flat, nice. But the cleaning of the room was in question. We found a tissue in the bed and paper on the floor.... The shower cream container in the shower was empty! The table cloth had chocolate traces from previous use. The breakfast served in the room was nice with lots of selections. Owner greeted us very friendly on check in.”

“Short trip to Venlo, easy access from Düsseldorf airport. The hotel is located in the centre of Venlo with walking distance to everything. Nice cosy, friendly place. Only downside is its hard to find parking.”

As we would be arriving late we were advised how to get our key, with full directions and pictures to make it easy to arrive without disturbing others. When we got into the room, it was lovely and thoughtfully put together, however there were no towels at all - a quick message later and this was resolved with profuse apologies (& and extra little packets of nougat!)
