Summary:
Cozy vacation home for the whole family.

The Space:
The house has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 7 people. 2 bedrooms have a double bed, the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. The bedrooms are on the 1st floor, which can be reached via a spiral staircase. On the gallery on the 1st floor there is a sofa bed, which offers space for an additional person. On the first floor is the living area with a comfortable couch and dining area, the bathroom, the kitchen and the utility room with washing machine and freezer.
There is a travel cot in the house as well as a high chair for children. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a microwave, stove, oven and dishwasher.

The house also has a terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast.
The vacation home has two parking spaces. One in the carport and the other in front of the carport.

The Neighborhood:
The Strandperle vacation home is located in the Baltic seaside resort of Nienhagen, a beautiful little community right on the Baltic coast. This place is particularly characterized by its beautiful, natural sandy beach, which is deserted most of the year. So if you are looking for rest, peace and relaxation, this is the place for you. Bordering the beach is a magical coastal forest area, the Ghost Forest, which is perfect for wonderful walks along the footpaths under the characteristic crooked trees.
The Baltic seaside resorts of Warnemünde and Heiligendamm are not far from the municipality. You can also easily reach the beautiful city of Rostock within 25 minutes by car.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price.
Linen packages, consisting of a towel, a shower towel, a sheet and bed linen, can be optionally booked up to 5 days before arrival via our travel registration form for €19 per person.
