The Space:

At 3-Beaufort, you can enjoy a spacious and charming holiday home for 12 guests, ideal for families and groups looking to relax and enjoy a stay by the sea.



On the ground floor, you will find a cosy living and dining room where everyone can gather, with direct views of the garden. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals together. The garage also offers extra entertainment, with table football, darts and toys for the children. Outside, you can enjoy the sunny garden with a cosy lounge area, a spacious garden table, a petanque court and a playground with a slide and swings. The garden is directly accessible from the garage and offers plenty of space for both young and old.



On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, each with a double bed. Two bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the third bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet.



On the second floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a separate sleeping area with four single beds and a cosy play corner. There is also an additional bathroom with a washbasin and toilet. Several separate toilets are available throughout the house. All beds are made upon arrival, and towels are also provided during your stay.



Two cars can easily be parked in front of the house. 3-Beaufort is centrally located in Nieuwpoort-Stad, within walking distance of the harbour, fish market, shops, restaurants and cosy cafés. An ideal base for enjoying space, comfort and a relaxing atmosphere on the Belgian coast.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the house and its facilities.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:

If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €750. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.



LINEN:

Quality bed linen and towels (kitchen and bathroom) are provided in this accommodation.



CLEANING:

Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.



CONSUMPTION:

Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.



CONTROL:

The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.



OTHER:

Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
