With its spacious living room, separate dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and bathroom, you have full access to the house during your stay.



The Space:

Villa De Mus is a charming vacation home with a beautiful outdoor space.



Upon arrival, you will immediately enter the cozy and inviting living room where you will be greeted by large cotton couches and a large flat-screen TV. It is the ideal place to unwind together after a day at the beach. The living room overlooks the garden and is flooded with light thanks to the large windows.



Villa De Mus also features a separate dining area. The perfect place to enjoy a delicious meal or breakfast with family and friends!



The kitchen is equipped with a stove and a wide range of appliances such as a toaster, dishwasher, freezer, microwave and oven.



On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms. The 1st bedroom on this floor has a double bed (with 2 separate mattresses) and two single beds (for kids). There is also a separate sink in this bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed for the kids! In the 3rd and last bedroom there is a double bed (also with 2 separate mattresses) and a single bed (for kids). This bedroom also has an extra sink and plenty of storage space.



The bathroom is also on the upper floor. Here you will find a bathtub with hand shower and a sink.



A real highlight of this vacation rental is the beautiful garden and peaceful setting in which Villa De Mus is located. The garden has a large lawn and outdoor furniture.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the house and its facilities.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:

If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €500. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.



LINEN:

Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are provided in this accommodation.



CLEANING:

Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.



CONSUMPTION:

Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.



CONTROL:

The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.



OTHER:

Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
