This charming holiday home, just a short walk from the beach, has been beautifully renovated to offer a spacious and inviting living space with garden views and an open kitchen. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with a 6-burner stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, kettle, and coffee machine, with a cozy TV room conveniently adjacent. The television is connected exclusively to the internet and is only available for streaming, as it has no channels. A washing machine and dryer are also available on the first floor for added ease.
The main bathroom features a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet, and guests can unwind in a private sauna for a true spa-like experience. Upstairs, there are three comfortable bedrooms: two with double beds and one with a bunk bed. An additional bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink completes the sleeping area.
The garden is a perfect space for relaxation, with plenty of room for children to play and a sunny terrace where you can enjoy coffee in the morning or dinner in the evening. Lounge chairs make it easy to unwind outdoors, and Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the home for convenience.

Nieuwvliet is one of the southernmost beach resorts in the Netherlands, on the border with Belgium. A visit to one of the historic cities of Bruges, Ghent, or Knokke should be on your agenda. But Cadzand itself also offers you a lot of fun with many restaurants and terraces both in the village and on the beach. The beaches are one of the most beautiful beaches the Netherlands has to offer. You can stroll or sunbathe or be active by taking a long walk on the beach or practicing water sports. In addition to the many walks, many cycling routes lead you along the coast, through the dune areas, and over country roads to various characteristic villages. A visit to the Zwin is worth it, it is a Wadden area with a lot of flora and fauna, and thus a true paradise for birds.

Arrival is possible daily, except Sundays. During holiday periods, only weekly rentals are available.Payment of the total booking amount is required in advance.Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. On your departure day, please vacate the property by 9:30 a.m. and return the key to the same location where it was collected.If a baby cot is provided, please note that bed linens are not included, so you will need to bring your own.Bed linens and towels are generally provided; you can confirm this in your booking details.Overnight visitors must be registered in advance and approved before they are allowed to stay, with applicable charges for linens and tourist taxes.Pets may be allowed in certain cases, as noted in the property details.
