“We enjoyed our stay at Ergon. Beautiful and unique accommodation and friendly staff. All thought it sometimes felt like a big waste of potential. The accommodation was great but not as private as it looked in the photos. The staff felt a little bit tired and were not as alert as they should be. They could easily raised our bill by a couple of hundred euros but they were simply just not there to sell more drinks or ask if we wanted more food etc. Maybe a staff manager would be in place....

“The private pool was great, surrounded by a nice garden that blended perfectly with the natural environment. The room was very well designed, modern, minimalistic and relaxing. The breakfast was high quality and served next to the pool. Everything is very well thought and designed in this property, a luxurious experience. The location is also great, next to some of the best beaches and beach bars of Halkidiki.”

“Pics are deceiving… the pool was closed at 6 pm, not 7 as they say. The beach is accessible through a steep hill (no stairs) and the elderly will barely make it. Resort needs more renovations. Nothing but small towns/villages around, no walking paths. You’re pretty much locked in the hotel. Food was good but the choice was limited like in Cuban hotels. No evening entertainment programs. Maybe I’m spoiled by Dominican resorts… however I’ve been to all inclusive properties, I can compare, and this...

They could easily raised our bill by a couple of hundred euros but they were simply just not there to sell more drinks or ask if we wanted more food etc. Maybe a staff manager would be in place. Especially when they just opened and should be on their toes to create a great reputation. Some members of the staff was great but most staff members was clearly not trained to provide the service that a place like Ergon (we assume) wants to present. "
