“This hotel was in an awesome location—walkable to shopping and eating. The room had a nice layout, plenty of space, and a well equipped kitchenette. Beds were comfortable and having double sinks was a nice bonus. Would def stay here again.”

“My wife and I stayed for four nights. The free parking was a huge plus as well as convenient access to public transportation. We used public transportation all the days we went into the city.
The hotel itself had friendly and helpful employees, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was fresh and enjoyable, and we slept great on the beds.
If we ever come to the area again, we will use this Holiday Inn!”
“Bodde en vecka på hotellet. Mycket bra läge och ett lugnt hotell med bra och trevlig service. Nära till bra restauranger och frukostställen. Åkte även en del tunnelbana och det var nära till stationen.

“Staff was amazing!! Everything was so easy checking in and checking out. The stay was great! It was so nice having the pier to ourselves after hours. ”
“Extended weekend trip to Chicago. Thompson Chicago has a great location in a neighborhood packed with restaurants and shops. But the rooms in the hotel are showing signs of some wear and tear. The restaurant and bar are currently closed for renovation. ”

"Good location down town Chicago. Good for family with kids with a decent breakfast included in the price. Busy breakfast area though. Crowded and hectic. The inner open yard sounds like a swimmingpool hall. Bed sofa not very comfortable. "
"As a swede, my opinon is that hotels in US can differ so much in quality, but this hotel is really a gem! Very clean, fresh and a great feeling everywhere. Friendly staff, great gym and in general a high quality experience. We booked with breakfast, and the breakfast is worth its price. Overall, a really great experience!"
