“Det enda problemet var logistiken i spat dvs det hängde inte ihop med poolen plus att man var tvungen att gå utomhus för att ta sig dit. Sedan fanns det inget allmänt utrymme för umgänge efter kl 8 typ bar e d ”

“Underbar personal som har hjälpt oss med allt och vart otroligt snälla och omtänksamma. Vi skulle stannat i endast två dagar, men min pojkvän blev sjuk så blev tvungna att stanna en natt till,vilket inte var ett problem. Personalen har varit otroligt hjälpsamma med allt från att fixa doktor till att handla medicin till honom. Frukostbuffén var underbar och har ett stort utbud! Kul med klubb på nedre plan och bra massage och bastu. Ligger lite utanför stan, men inte alls långt. Perfekt gång...

“We arrived very early off the train and were able to leave our bags at the hotel while we went out for the day before checking in. Lovely hotel, great views, lovely people, clean and comfortable. It is a little walk up a hill but you are in the mountains so thats to be expected but it’s quick and easy to walk into the main hub of the town. Would reccomend. ”

“The service was excellent. I arrived at Sapa early in the morning after my sleeper train and the front desk arranged for early check in for me. Tyler and another male staff at front desk (did not get his name) was very helpful and friendly to serve, give recommendations and answered all my questions.
