It is situated just a 15–18-minute drive from the centre of Niseko Hirafu, making it easy to get to the main areas.
With several ski resorts dotted around the area, you can choose your destination in winter based on snow conditions and crowd levels. In summer, the natural areas around Mount Yōtei, the Shiribetsu River and Lake Toya are all within a 30–40-minute drive, allowing you to combine activities and drives to explore a wide range of destinations.
Rather than staying in one place, this location is ideal for a stay where you plan to get out and about, serving as a base from which to enjoy the wider Niseko region.

A chic, black sauna room has been added to the exterior of the building. Inside, it is fully equipped with a HUUM electric stove sauna and a cold plunge pool.
After stepping out of the sauna, enjoy some fresh air on the covered wooden deck. Even on snowy or rainy days, you can relax and unwind without worrying about the weather.
