âResturant and food was good. service was excellent especially the concierge was great. however some areas of the hotel construction could use a facelift. close to shopping malls and restaurants. nice views from the hotel. overall a very nice and friendly hotel with good service.â

âMkt fint hotel. Hyderabad Ă€r ett fint stĂ€lle att vara pĂ„ för arbete eller för att köpa pĂ€rlor, men kanske inte en semesterort. Som med det mesta i Indien sĂ„ Ă€r Servicen beroende pĂ„ tippande, och tipset förvĂ€ntas. Sedan verkar hotellen generellt 2/2 svĂ„rt att rĂ€kna ut notan. FörvĂ€nta att nĂ„gon Ă„terkommer med en felrĂ€kning. Betalningen Ă€r viktig.â
âLovely modern design. The staff is very friendly and helpful.The breakfast buffet isnt very impressive. Had some trouble with the booking(that i made via hotels.com) which was supposed to include free wifi but the hotel didnt get a notification of this -the staff however fixed this eventually.DO NOT EXPECT GOOD COCKTAILS, the hotel though a 5star one could not manage to make a decent cocktail. âHotel is ok but the surroundings? Some of the guest wrote in their evaluations that the location was great. I do not understand what they mean by that. Wherever you are in India, you have to take a taxi. The hotel arranges taxi for you but you pay 4 times more than for a normal taxi. Regarding the rooms they were ok and the taps were ok.â
âWe were in Hyderabad for a holiday and had a good stay at Minerva. The breakfast spread is really good and lavish, also the rooms are very clean. Only issue we had was when we requested for a packed breakfast, we were a couple with 2 kids and had requested for 4 sandwiches, but they said they can give only 2, also they gave 2 cut fruits without any disposable spoon to eat the fruits, which they should have given. Otherwise the overall experience with the hotel was really good.â
âHotel is located in the mid of market. It helps in going around shopping as well.Food was great. Rooms are spacious and good hospitality. Also reception was very cooperative and allowed 2 hrs of extension in check out due to flight delay.House keeping is Great.
