“I would love to write an amazing review on this property but I can’t. I got in El Nedo at 10pm and while I was dining I booked this reservation. Unfortunately there lobby was closed at 10pm so I had no way to get my room. The reservation was time stamped for 11:20pm They still took my money though despite not being able to get or access the lobby or my room.
