Enjoy this beautiful hoomy house 700 metres from Plage des Dames, in the North of the Isle of Noirmoutier. With siblings or friends, you will love it. The ground floor is new and modern, whilst the upper floor is in a vintage style. Each person has their own living space and can enjoy a quieter moment to rest, read, watch television... Fully equipped, the kitchen is open to the living area: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher... The house also has a washing machine for long stays. Each bedroom has a sink, making it easier to organise with the two shower rooms. There are four bedrooms, which are spacious. On the ground floor is the master suite and on the upper floor are the three other bedrooms. The garden is large, very peaceful and sheltered from view.

On occasion, our concierge will explain to you that this house was once used to grow potatoes.

At Noirmoutier, the local sport is rock pooling, so equip yourself with a rake and a shellfish hook to discover this more confidential part of the island. Lutins Beach is only frequented by regulars. Between rocky sections and small coves of soft sand, take a stroll and, continuing southwards, reach the large Luzéronde Beach. To get around the island, we recommend cycling. From Herbaudière you are just a few minutes from Vieil, Noirmoutier-en-l'île and the unmissable Plage du Bois de la Chaize and its famous sailing club. Have yourself photographed in front of the traditional wooden beach huts… And time your arrival well to discover the Island by arriving via the Gois, it's a magical moment!
