Ideally located less than 2 minutes walk from the beach of La Clère, between the picturesque little village of the old and the wood of the chair, we rent our house that can accommodate up to 6 people. Enclosed land of about 700m2, with automatic gate, possibility of parking 2 cars which is a plus in high season.
The village of the old town is 5 minutes away by bike, there is a mini-market, tobacconist's shop, bars and restaurants ... as for the centre of Noirmoutier it is 10 minutes away by bike, in summer a free shuttle can also take you there.

To take advantage of the Noirmoutrin micro climate, a first terrace with a large outdoor table that can be used accommodate up to 10 people, and a garden furniture area for an aperitif at lunchtime.
A second west-facing terrace behind the house, on the garden side, will allow you to enjoy the sun at the end of the day with another garden furniture and deckchairs.PGJyPg
