Loft apartment with garden, 10-min walk to forest

Beautiful loft apartment located in the charming village of Noisy-sur-école 67 km southeast of Paris. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the ‘Trois Pignons’ forest, a well-known destination for climbing (bouldering), hiking, and horseback riding. A 10-minute drive takes you to the town of Milly-la-Forêt, which has exceptional bakeries, cheese / wine shops, and a famous market. A 20-minute drive takes you to other historical villages and castles, including Fontainebleau.

The newly renovated apartment is on the top floor of a charming, old stone house with a private closed garden. The space is approximately 100m2 (~1000 sq feet) and has two bedrooms with queen beds (160cm) and a small loft space with a full-size futon bed (140cm) accessed by a stair ladder. The garden is about 670m2, and includes a deck, outdoor tables, lounge chairs, and a lawn; a perfect spot for barbecues.

Guests can enter the apartment by a separate staircase entrance on the second floor of the large house. The bottom of the house is our weekend home, so we are often present with our two small kids on the weekends.

Children are welcome. However, let us know in advance if you will need any specific supplies for them (e.g., highchair, small mattresses, etc.) so we can arrange this before you arrive.

The apartment entrance requires going up a set of stairs, and the loft bed is only accessed by a steep stair ladder. Keep this in mind if you bring small children or anyone in your group with mobility challenges. The bed in the loft space might be small for very tall people.

We allow only the individuals you listed on the reservation in the apartment. If you have a special request for an additional guest, let us know when you make your reservation.
