“All the staff is exceptional. Great place to relax”

“Boende är bra men behöver tillsyn”

“Resorten är ren och fin och personalen är fantastisk. Läget är jättebra och det är lugnt och skönt. Prisnivån är väldigt rimlig. Stället har några år på nacken men det är ändå väldigt fint. Polen är väldigt grund med svensk standard men så är det på många ställen i den här delen av Asien. Den lokala frukosten var mycket intressantare än den kontinentala. I övrigt tyckte vi att restaurangen var bra.”

“On Saturday night there was a great buffet lined up by the pool and the staff provided a surprising entertaining show. This place has a swim-up bar and plenty of sunchairs. Staff was friendly and service minded.”

“Nice place but Why so many mosquitoes! Hope did not get dengue! ”

“Room was as expected - clean, tidy, comfortable. The staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Will definitely return to stay.”

“Property was clean just a bit more communicate to process with landlord, management, receptionist as the property not a hotel. So far is good”

“Amazing hotel and wonderful staff! This was our first time in Batam, and we really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. We had a great experience and would definitely stay again!”

“I am a non-smoker and had booked a non-smoking room. Upon checked in, I was allocated with a smoking room. The room is filled with cigarette smell. Called the front desk to change but was mentioned full. Then”

“All good. Kind staff. Great breakfast. Swimmingpool a bit shallow but apart from that very nice.”

“Check in not smooth at all. When to the room door cannot open room card issues. Aircon not cold at all funny noise from the Aircon .Safe box not working at all need to replace battery.. Phone to front desk not working at all. Need to go down and up the hotel to ask for help”

“Location good. Breakfast is good Room is clean”

“Despite being a hotel that is quite old, we appreciate that the room was renovated to a modern look and we like the beddings and stuff. However the bathroom was a let down because sewage odour kept escaping through the floor traps. To cover the smell, the housekeeping use urinal mat, commonly used in public men's toilet urinals, as deodoriser, making not only the bathroom but the whole room (in fact the whole floor) to smell like public toilet.”

“Very good service. Hotel is dated but well maintained.”

“Room very clean, staff very friendly, lobby feel welcome & very nice smell. If go to batam again, for sure i will choose this hotel for my accommodation.”

“入り口の扉が固く　閉めないと閉まらない”

“수건이 너무 낡았습니다. 3-4년도 더 된듯 낡았어요. 그리고 호텔 조식은 너무 맛이 없었고, 서버는 차와 커피를 구분하지 못해서 고객에게 냄새로 확인하라고 합니다.”
