Casa Noho offers 116 m² of living space across two floors, making it the perfect retreat for families, couples, or friends looking to relax and explore the beauty of Lake Constance and its surroundings.



The spacious living room with a separate dining area, two large bedrooms each with a king-size and a queen-size box spring bed, plus a smaller bedroom with a pull-out bed (1.60 m with slatted frame)—ideal for children—provide plenty of comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher. There is one bathroom and a guest WC for your convenience. Wi-Fi and a TV are available. For longer stays, you have access to a washing machine and dryer.



Enjoy the private outdoor area with a fenced garden, covered terrace, balcony, and barbecue—perfect for relaxing outdoors. Please note: There is a decommissioned pool covered with a safety net. Two parking spaces are available on the property, one suitable for vehicles up to 5 meters in length.



There is ample storage for bicycles, strollers, and similar items in the entrance area. The property is close to the beach, with public transport, a grocery store, and the train station within walking distance.



Included: Fresh bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, and a starter set of dishwashing and cleaning supplies.
