You may have seen Breezasole on HGTV's Caribbean Life during our house search in 2017. A lot has changed since then. The home is an original, historic, Aruban farmhouse with extremely thick exterior walls made from stones and packed dirt, which keeps the home cooler on the inside. The design also optimizes open air living by allowing the sea breeze to flow through the entire house. There is air conditioning throughout, a modern kitchen, cable, wifi, hot water, and additions to the original structure such as the large master bedroom suite that opens out to the pool and gardens. The garden areas have beautiful, mature palms and flowering trees as well as wide open spaces for families to play. The property sits above the main roads and a saliña so it is quiet, as well as private. The beautiful western exposure views extend to the high rises of Palm Beach and provide amazing sunsets. Brezzasole is comfortable and spacious inside with beautiful outdoor living spaces that add to its overall charm.
