overall impression.

The holiday home is spacious and offers plenty of privacy. The exterior is fine, but the interior needs some regular maintenance to prevent further deterioration. Problems with light, doors, and leaky air conditioners. The kitchen cabinets are slippery. It could be upgraded to a higher quality level, but overall, it's a fine place to stay.
