Cleaning Fee – USD $250

A one-time cleaning fee of USD $250 is payable in cash upon arrival. This covers the professional cleaning of the villa after your departure.

The cleaning fee is collected separately from your VRBO rental payment because the rental income is paid directly to the homeowner's bank account in the United States, while the cleaning services are provided by a local company in Aruba.

Collecting this fee locally allows us to pay our Aruba-based cleaning team directly and efficiently.

Please have the cleaning fee available in cash at check-in.

Travel Insurance & Cancellation Policy

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance as soon as you book your vacation.

Travel insurance can provide valuable protection against unexpected circumstances, including illness, injuries, accidents, flight cancellations, travel delays, and other emergencies that may affect your trip.

Please understand that unexpected circumstances do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Our VRBO cancellation policy will apply to all reservations, and refunds will only be issued in accordance with that policy.

We therefore encourage all guests to protect their travel investment with appropriate travel insurance.

Water & Electricity – Included

Water and electricity are included in your rental rate, so there are no additional utility charges for normal use.

However, we do take meter readings and kindly ask all guests to be mindful of energy and water consumption.

Please help us conserve resources by turning off the air conditioning when rooms are not in use and reporting any running toilets, leaking faucets, or other water-related issues promptly.
