Prisvärt
Rent men enkel standard. Maten höll inte så hög kvalitet, jag blev dålig i magen av den. Sängen var bekväm, men det var städning varannan dag och inte varje dag som det stod i beskrivningen. Ändå väldigt prisvärt med tanke på shuttleservice till stränder och Oranjestad. Tack Rudy och Aysha samt Sabine och Saskia för god service

Hemsk
Hotellet är under all kritik. De är ohygieniska när det gäller mathanteringen som dessutom smakar väldigt äckligt. Ingen bra kundservice alls då personalen är väldigt otrevliga. Så om du vill förstöra din semester ska du boka det här hotellet.

Nice Resort!
Nice resort with pool and restaurant and bar! I chose a single room, with a nice single bed, comfortable enough even för a big man like me. There is also a small wardrobe for clothes etc. A fridge is good if you like to make your own breakfast, there is also a kitchenette for cooking meals.The bathroom is small, and the shower even smaller. Great value for money, the staff and cleaners are very nice and friendly.

This place was trash heap! Bed bug and hair on sheets, mouse turd on shelf, damp smelly concrete floor, sand on couch. I didn’t dare even sit anywhere and would not step in shower, much less sleep! We got out of there as fast as possible! So awful—worst we ever experienced..anywhere! Pics look good but don’t believe them! Pool looked pretty nice but who knows if they clean it after seeing/smelling room? Apparently it’s “student housing”. JUST DON’T DO IT!

The HOTEL PERLE D'OR is a fraud. We rent at the HOTEL PERLE D'OR from December 28 to January 5, but what you see in the pictures and all the information including wonderful photos of the place of the rooms are not true. When we arrived to HOTEL PERLE D'OR HOTEL we found that the HOTEL was closed and not working for some time. You can imagine the frustration, the bad time we experienced and our despair. They came to pick us up to the new place. You cannot imagine what our surprise was when we saw the new place that they call MONASTERIO ESTATE HOTEL compared to what we paid and they sold us in the photos that you promote and advertise on your Expidia web page.The dark room with a musty smell with no tiles on the floor, no paint, pictures or frames on the walls around the room, all in cracked rustic cement with stains on the walls and floors. The sinks made of unfinished cement and completely unhygienic. The shower is disgusting.we feel cheated and you are complicit in said scam for promoting such fraud.

Arrived at perle d'or and was not allowed to check in. (No reason given by them)they sent me and another couple that was checking in to a different hotel.there was no running water, toilet did not work. No staff on site..could not stay there so had to book a different hotel after i had already prepaid on expedia for my room. I was not reimbursed despite the fact i did not stay at either hotel and did not receive the room i paid for. Will never do buisness with that hotel or expedia again. An awful and horrific experience for sure!

Sold property
Half way the stay, a letter was pushed under the door. Property sold and the new owners are not honoring any contracts. There were long stay students there and displaced. We were given till January 9 to be out of the rooms. All staff including reception as nd housekeeping dissapeared. Only guards from the new owners guarding the property 24/7. They had no information who was staying at the property.

I didn’t like the bathroom faucet was broken. I wish I’d had one of the more modern decorated rooms. Everything was clean the staff was great.

To start, I made a reservation for airport pick up and drop off. Only when I came off the flight I saw a message that there is no taxi at the hotel, just get a taxi outside the airport. So I did, I reach to the hotel and all goes to shambles. I paid for a king size bed and got a queen. For $93 per night the room is ancient, not even a hair dryer. Air conditioning made noise for some hours until they came and took out the filter. Lights in d room kept flickering not fixed until Saturday. Utensils in d made shift kitchen dirty like never washed after use. Asked for management as no one cleaned the room in my entire stays of 4 days, in Covid-19 tones. I will never return to this hotel. Up to now I can’t hear from management. Dirty and filthy place.

Daniella, we've received your review and would like to respond as follows: About the bed: Your room had a king size bed of 190 cm x 200 cm. The person who helped you on the first day with the small issues in the room was the manager. He assisted you himself on that day and resolved your issues.

Through hotels.com I booked a room with a King Size bed. Upon arrival, my check-in took approximately 20 minutes before they gave me the keys to a room with a Queen Size bed. I was disappointed that they didn't communicate ahead of time that the King Size was not available. I then found that there were several flying bugs in the room, the bed did not have a comforter (only sheets), a broken toilet paper roll holder, and a bathroom sink without an aerator. The only good thing about my one-night stay was the complimentary breakfast in the morning. It was delicious.

It was the worst night ever. There is a purple light that goes through the door window all night directly to your face so I couldn’t sleep. Then I complain and the lady was very rude and didn’t care. I want a full refund!

Foi normal. Mas foi muito constrangedor o serviço de buscar e deixar os hóspedes na praia, sendo que é um serviço oferecido pelo hotel. Eles prometem lhe deixar e buscar num horário, mas na busca (volta para o hotel) passei por 2 horas esperando eles no ponto marcado e ninguém apareceu. Tive gasto de 15 dolares 2x sem necessidade e tempo, paciência perdidos. Outros hospedes passaram pelo mesmo constrangimento.

My stay here was amazing! Orlando and the other staff members were inviting, warm, and knowledgeable. The grounds are well-kept, and the ambience is lovely. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, but a taxi can be called for you which is more convenient anyway. You will not regret your choice.
