  • Villa Azul Aruba är en magnifik helt ny 5BR / 4. 5BA Tuscan Designer Villa, bara 3 minuter till hotell och stränder. Denna helt nya 5-stjärniga villa ägs av kändisparet Maite Delgado och Alfonso Mora. Maite Delgado är en berömd venezuelansk TV-personlighet och före detta fröken Venezuela. Hennes make Alfonso Mora är tidigare professionell Davis-cup tennisspelare. Det är en påkostad och rymlig villa för dig som vill uppleva den ultimata komforten i Aruba.

    Beläget i den exklusiva bostadsutvecklingen i Opal, nära hotellen, stränderna och golfbanan Tierra del Sol. Hemmet ligger i slutet av en lugn gata, har en stor tropisk trädgård med pool. Underbara solnedgångar och vacker havsutsikt från balkongen på andra våningen. Arubas finaste stränder ligger bara 3 minuter bort (1,3 miles). Bara 3 minuter med bil (1 km) till höghusområdet där du hittar massor av restauranger, butiker, shower, biografer, kasinon.

    Det stora vardagsrummet är rymligt och har plats för upp till 14 personer. Stengolv i hela, ett modernt designerkök av Berloni och avancerade apparater. Hemmet har central AC i alla rum utom garaget. Stora platt-TV-apparater i alla rum, wifi, telefon med gratis lokala samtal, gästfaciliteter tillhandahållna, högkvalitativa sängkläder och gästtillbehör. Dekorerad av den kända venezuelanska inredningsarkitekten. Ingen kostnad har sparats och du hittar detta hem komplett med allt du kan tänka dig.

    Hemmet har 5 sovrum och 4. 5 badrum och har också ett slutet garage med två bilar. 14 sovplatser. Perfekt för större familjer eller vänner.
    Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, klädkammare och badrum på andra våningen. Det öppnar upp till täckt terrass på andra våningen.
    Sovrum # 2 är också ett sovrum med en king size-säng, klädkammare och badrum på andra våningen och vetter mot terrassen på andra våningen.
    Sovrum # 3 är också ett sovrum med en king size-säng, klädkammare och badrum på bottenvåningen med dubbla dörrar som vetter mot vardagsrummet vid poolen.
    Sovrum # 4 är extra sovrum (2 enkelsängar), intill sovrummet # 1. Detta sovrum skulle dela det stora badrummet # 1.
    Sovrum nr 5 är ett sovrum på bottenvåningen med 2 våningssängar (totalt 4 bäddar). Båda våningssängarna har en queen size-säng med en tvilling ovanpå. Detta sovrum har också en egen klädkammare och eget badrum.

    Utanför har du en vacker kristallklar pool som får mycket direkt solljus. Vattentemperaturen är alltid trevlig. Hemmet har 2 stora täckta terrasser på samma (leeward) sida av hemmet mot solnedgången. Bottenvåningen terrassen har en utomhus matplats utanför poolen, terrassen på andra våningen har en bekväm lounge och har fin utsikt över Malmok kustlinje. Ett rymligt vardagsrumsområde runt poolen, komplett utomhuskök med stor gas-BBQ och bar och matplats. Vacker tropisk trädgård med palmer och blommande buskar. Helt inhägnad på gården.

Paradise

Our family of 12 vacationed over the holidays and were very comfortable with our accommodations. The house is large enough to give us space and the outdoors was fabulous……eating meals together by the pool was special. This home made our trip memorable.

We had the grandkids for a week then the rest of the kids came down we enjoy the house the only thing it’s a house for 8 the coffee pot was a2 cup also the drier did not work

Relaxing at times

The property was amazing, beautiful pool and everything you would need,,, unfortunately the house directly behind us had the e3 dogs that were non stop barking and at times sounded like dog fights,,, i realize that this is out of your control but more times than less it made enjoying the pool & grilling a little less enjoyable,, but over all the property was amazing,, Thankyou Brian Scafidi

Beautiful upscale Villa

Our first trip to Aruba and this home was perfect! We were a family of seven and enjoyed sitting out back, cooking, swimming, playing cards, etc. The property management was very quick to respond and send people over to fix anything we needed. The dryer did not work. The repairman came and told me how to use it but it did not work. We were able to hang clothes out back in the sun and they dried quickly with the windy conditions.

Great Home for Big Groups

This house is amazing!! My girlfriends, group of 8, were in Aruba on a girls trip. The house provided more than enough space for everyone. The back yard with the pool was exceptional. We hired a chef that came over and cooked brunch daily and we sat at the outside table. There were more than enough beach towels for all of us and also had beach chairs that were were able to take to the beach if needed. Just need to go to the grocery store, all the pans, dishes, towels and everything else needed is in the house. The only con about the house is that, as the previous 2 renters stated, the dryer DOES NOT WORK!! They sent someone over a couple of times and said it was fixed but it was not. It would eventually turn on but there was no heat. This was frustrating as we were at the beach daily, stayed for a week, and needed to wash. They just need to replace the dryer.

We had a great stay. Never heard from anyone, checked ourselves in and out. The house was big, beautiful, and clean. A pizza oven would have been great if we could have closed its door. Overall, a beautiful place in a nice location.

Excellent Stay!

Everything said about this property is accurate - we had an excellent stay and the property managers are on top of everything - they responded to requests immediately and were able to bring anything we needed to the house within 15 minutes. The house is great for a group and we would definitely book this property again next time we are in Aruba!

Birthday Trip

Our stay was awesome!! There is plenty of space for large groups and the hosts were very accommodating! Before and During our stay Julia was very helpful. She put me in touch with a concierge who arranged a private chef and UTV adventures for us! Overall the experience was really unforgettable. Our whole group will definitely be back

The property seemed poorly taking care of. Once I got the kitchen faucet taken care of, the bathroom on the main floor started to leak as well. It was a domino effect. Half of my day was dealing with the airbnb and I’m on vacation. This is the last thing I want to deal with on vacation.

The management company went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and were unbelievably responsive from first contact while booking the reservation. Our second day in Aruba, my husband cracked his tooth and was in extreme pain. It was Good Friday and every dentist was closed. Stuart, from the management company, found a dentist willing to come in and examine him. She did a root canal and prescribed an antibiotic (all within 30 minutes). Great dentist! Thinking of starting a dental tourism business. :-) Our entire trip to Aruba was wonderful. Definitely a full service rental company and better than any service we could have received at a five star hotel.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed in this home over the holiday break in 2020. There were 8 of us in total, 6 adults and 2 teenagers--3 different families. There was a lot of space, and we were very comfortable. The garage was converted to living space, and when combined with the bedroom and bathroom that was connected to it, it was like an apartment on its own. We put the college boys there and they had their own space to play ping pong (or use the balls for other hijinks!), watch TV, etc, until all hours of the night, without disturbing anyone else. The teen girls shared a bedroom that led directly into the pool, which they loved. I would like to mention one of the bedrooms is actually inside the master bedroom, so it shares a bathroom with the master bedroom. This worked out fine for us, but if someone intends on using the master bedroom and would like complete privacy, you won't be able to use that extra bedroom. The master bedroom was enormous though, and very lovely, and the extra bedroom was large w two twin beds (or push it together to make one large king.)The house was very clean, and Stuart, the property manager, was very helpful with restaurant suggestions, etc.Because of the pandemic, we did not go out to eat as much as we would have liked, but we did go to Zeerover(fresh shrimp and fish but all fried)Flying Fishbone (good, not great, maybe not worth the cost)Salt and Pepper (yummy sangria and good tapas)Eduardo's Beach Shack (Vegan, good acai bowls and drinks)Dutch Pancake House (good breakfast/dutch pancakes)Taste My Aruba (yummy)Matthew's (right on the beach, good)I was not overwhelmed by the food in Aruba. None of the restaurants stood out. Salt and Pepper had good sangria and tapas. It was fun to eat there.The kitchen was stocked with pots/pans/dishes/cooking utensils/basic spices and oil, so it was very easy for us to cook, which we did a lot. Overall, it was a nice trip, and I would recommend this

The house was beautiful with plenty of space for our group of friends. The pool was the perfect temperature, the location to the beach was ideal. We enjoyed Arashi Beach and would highly recommend it. The property was clean and well maintained. If we needed anything the caretaker, Stuart, took care of it and was always super friendly. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.
