This charming house with garden views features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi and 2 smart TVs. You also have a private, covered terrace where you can start your day with a cup of coffee. The house boasts an excellent location at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, offering peace and a lovely view of the spa park from the back. The terrace is largely screened from view.



A dozen restaurants are within a 3 to 10-minute walk (250 to 800 m). Two bakeries and cafés are 10 minutes away. The nearest supermarket is only a 3-minute drive (1 km). The North Sea is just 250 m away, with a beach and a dog area. There’s also a great spot for kitesurfing. Norddeich is famous for its seal sanctuary, where each year between 80 and 150 orphaned seals and grey seals are cared for and released back into the North Sea. A large exhibition lets you learn more about marine mammals and their habitat, the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site.
