“Gail was informative when we arrived. Grounds need a bit of attention. Attention needs to made as to dusting of room furniture, floors and windowsill. Tasty breakfasts. Call to find out the details of your room. We were in Julie’s room on second floor with just a door separating us from another adjoining room. We could hear voices and their snoring kept me up all night.”

“This is a quaint almost like a boarding house but very VERY far from Acadia. The hour plus drive was torture on really bad roads and locals doing 85 on 45 roads with twists and curves. Really tough at night and coming back from the park. Do not book if you want proximity to Bar Harbor. The breakfast is overpriced and the serving staff overwhelmed. There are no options and the nearest place to get food is miles away. They offer pizza on Monday for $35 which is ridiculous. There is no fridge or...

“We loved our stay. The location was perfect - easy walking distance to downtown and just a short walk from the Bar Harbor trail sandbar that is only passable at low tide. The staff were great and the savory and sweet breakfast options were delicious! Plus the water pressure in the shower was fantastic! Would definitely stay again.”
