“The Inn is just a short drive out of Bar Harbor. It's a beautiful old building that is well kept. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfasts are outstanding and varied! Only thing to watch is if you are on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator and the stairs are very steep and narrow. If you cannot carry your luggage, this might be a problem for you. Otherwise, wonderful stay and wonderful property.”

“The Inn was very very wonderful! The staff and Innkeeper Chris was available if you had sny questions. They mingled with all tge guests and made you feel right at home. We will recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone that plans to go to Bar Harbor Maine. Walking distance to everything! Will deginetly go back”

“The Acadia Bay Inn was beautiful both inside and out. The view was spectacular. The food was fabulous. It was the perfect place to disconnect and relax…but also close enough to Bar Harbor and other places when you wanted to do something. This is the first time we have ever stayed in a B&B. It was just as we hoped! Thank you Nicole and Matt.”

“Wonderful three-night stay at this very nice property. Great location along Lubec’s Water Street, making everything in town within easy walking distance. The room was immaculately clean and had all the comforts I needed. Everything is self-serve, including a modest but adequate continental breakfast each morning, set up in the entrance foyer. Patrick is a terrific host who went out of his way to ensure a comfortable stay. Highly recommended for a stay in Lubec.”
