"Just got back from this wonderful hotel. We spent 9 days here and we loved it. Yes there was a couple of things that took it down a bit for us but posetives definetly outweighed that. -the music by the pools were way to high all afternoons for us who wanted to relax. We took the pool furthest away from the music but it did not help unfortunately. -the pools were beutiful at first glance but when looking closer the tiles are starting to fall of at some places. +the food was really good in all restaurants. And the cafe made really good lattes, frappes and milkshakes. +we had a ocean wiew room without balcony and the wiew was amazing. We sat there watching the ocean and the cruiseships a lot. +the beach was beautiful +the check in process was nice and the personell helped us get our room as fast as possible since we arrived a bit early. +the service was really good everywhere and everyone was really helpful but We would like to point out our biggest stars among the staff."

"Incheckningen var lite av en mardröm då den tog strax över en timme att genomföra. Ett fantastiskt dåligt system för handdukar och solstolar. Omöjligt att få tag på en handduk om det är mycket folk och lika så solstol. Därtill är ju människor allmänt svin och ”paxar” stolar, något hotellet borde kunna hålla efter. Resturang och mat var väldigt bra men det var väldigt mycket registreringar här och där innan man fick tillgång till ett bord. Även i buffén. Personalen är trevlig men har inte det lilla extra som man kan förvänta sig till de här priserna och det kändes alltid som dom var något underbemannade. Helhetsupplevelsen var okej men har haft det bättre på likvärdiga hotell. "

"Stora rymliga rum. Dock ingår INTE solstolar på stranden, maten är allt annat är bra. Absolut inte värt pengarna för många brister för att det ska kännas som all inclusive."
