“The hotel is beautiful and beach is gorgeous. The rooms are comfortable and roomy, although the beds are hard as a rock.. The food is not very good and the service is hit or miss. Some of the staff is super nice and helpful, while many are rude and act like they are miserable.”

“We had a very bad experience with the arrogant transfer lady on site. We wanted to be at least 2.5 hours earlier at the airport due to personal reasons. Jody the agent did not care. It was impossible to talk to her in a good manner. We called customer service and they was okey to give us an earlier transfer and booked it, we got confirmation online. When it was time for transfer the next day no one showed up. We had then to take taxi and payed 25 dollar for it”

“Rooms at Signature level were the same. But noisier bec these rooms are also for ONE night stays for party goers! “Exclusive” pool wasn’t exclusive and bartenders showed up an hour later! The buffet has cross contamination with how their food is cooked and also served - with shrimp and shellfish and pork both cooked and served with the fries and salmon and hash browns!
