Rooms were the dirtiest that I have seen for any hotel, we could find human hair all over the floor/bed and black patches on floor. What made the situation even worse is we had a 2 year old with us. No safe and clean space for him. Fireplace felt more of a liability with the limited space and continuous smell.
There was hardly any space to keep luggage, no closet whatsoever.

“I think for the price and location we were expecting more from the hotel, but what soured us the most was the "breakfast" situation. They served us expired milk (expired the day before) for cereal packets, thawed breakfast sandwiches that could only be reheated by a single microwave shared among 15 guests, and granola bars. There was fresh fruit, which I appreciated, but the single microwave for such a short window of time for breakfast was ridiculous.

“Very minimal breakfast. The muffins were good. There are many steps to get to rooms... in car you can't carry luggage up steps. We were able to. My husband is strong.”
“We had a whole cottage with a spa bath and a separate bedroom to ourselves. The bed was comfortable! Besides a few splatters on the wall in the kitchenette area and the bathroom, this place was CLEAN. We loved sitting on the "porch" (had two chairs and a small table) and take in the environment with the beautiful flower beds. Breakfast was lovely (real mugs!) with two exceptions. The hot water for e.g. tea had slight taste of coffee, i.e. the thermoses for hot water only and coffee were not kept...
