“Think we had the oldest and most worn out room/house in the whole place. Cold and damp and even though the heater worked it was impossible to have it on because of the sound. Everything was plastic. No breakfast but free coffee. Close to the Canyon ”

“The property is unique and enjoyable. We loved having a patio room with access outside. Many different relaxing locations to enjoy nature, trains, etc. The bed was comfortable. Nice pillows. Shower was lovely. Towels were nice and thick. We would have liked a small refrigerator in the room since we traveled by car and brought items in a cooler with us. Lighting in rooms could be improved. Especially for reading in bed.”

“Breakfast menu could use some help, they need to put in an elevator for senior citizens that they book on the second floor it’s very hard getting your luggage to your room. The room was clean and slightly updated but the bathroom needs help out shower faucet was broken and toilet didn’t flush well, they discount a portion of our bill for inconvenience. Staff was friendly.”

“When I booked a stay in Holbrook, AZ, I didn’t expect much. What I found at the BW Arizonian was a very pleasant surprise. It was clear that the rooms had been recently refurbished and repainted, with new fixtures and a very comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast was a cut above the typical buffet at a “breakfast included” hotel. And the staff was very efficient and helpful.”

“Troubles at check in, I booked and prepaid for two rooms but the first person only gave us one room and had a long discussion with me ragarding this even though I could provide receipt and booking confirmation. After a while a manager came and easily solved the problem and found my booking. Clean and spacious rooms! Really bad breakfast and the service staff at breakfast was not service minded or friendly at all. ”
