“I stayed at this hotel and woke up in the middle of the night itching like crazy. I turned on the light and saw that there were red bumps on my arms and shoulders. I checked around the bed and found a bed bug. I couldn't sleep for the rest of the night because of itching and fear that more bugs would get on me. I put one of the bed bugs in a cup and showed it to the desk manager the next morning - she offered me a 10% discount, which I thought was ridiculous. Don't stay at this place.”

“This property is currently undergoing renovation so the lobby was not accessible. This is understandable, but there was not even a chair for my husband to sit in while I got the car. The breakfast area was also closed off and breakfast consisted of an apple, a granola bar, a muffin, and a small carton of milk handed to us in a paper bag. The coke machine was empty. The property is also not that easy to drive to if you aren’t familiar with the area.”
