“We recently stayed at this newer Hyatt property and unfortunately were very underwhelmed. The staff was friendly, which I do appreciate, but the overall cleanliness and experience did not meet the standards I associate with the Hyatt brand. When we entered the room, there were crumbs left on the counters, dust covering the lamps, and even dead bugs on the floor. “The staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. When we first entered the room we did notice it looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned very well or it had been a while since guests had stayed in that room. The carpet needed vacuuming and the bathroom needed some cleaning also. More Handicapped parking spots would definitely be a plus. The amenities were great. And the 24 hour coffee in the lobby was a very big plus. Besides the room needing some cleaning and the parking everything was great.”
