“We stayed five nights and over that entire time, they never provided any housekeeping. We even asked them for housekeeping (new towels and etc) and they still didn’t do it. Overall, very disappointing service.”

“The staff were always cheerful and obliging. And once the latest version of the next door restaurant is open, I’m sure the breakfast will be better overall. Trying to eat if there are a lot of people in the pool (this happened on one day), is unpleasant. Also, it’s unfortunate that room housekeeping service is no longer daily. I believe some other hotels have also switched to non-daily room service. But it means having to ask for supplies at the front desk, trash cans overflowing (where do...

“It's fine”

“One of the nicest place I hv stayed! Most imp property is sparklingly clean. Staff and especially an old lady at the reception was extremely gracious. Whatever question we had.. She was happy to help!! Only thing I didn't like was the coffee and the breakfast..omg the coffee was absolutely tasteless”

“Borders is quant. Cute and conveniently located. However the breakfast selection is mid. Seems to be in sanitary. It appears the staff is not sanitizing the food equipment. For example the same containers for waffle toppings were filled without being washed twice in my four day stay. I noticed floaters on the community drinking carafe. The windows were filthy with fingerprints. The lawn was over grown. In my experience in hospitality in the past. That's unexpeable.”

“A really cool hotel with very friendly staff. The only down side was the breakfast that wasn’t fully included. You got a voucher to use in the neighboring cafe, but it wasn’t enough to cover a full breakfast and the cafe was closed on Mondays. However, the cafe was great!”
