“When I went to my room, the key didn’t work, after multiple tries. Went back to the office, they treated me like I was incompetent. The gave me a different room. As I was walking away, he told me of a trick to get the door open. There shouldn’t be a trick to get in my room!! Then the pipes under the sink leaked. I had a flood on the floor. I just left it alone, I didn’t want to switch rooms again. They stated in the app that they served breakfast, they did not. I will not stay in another Motel...

“The nastiest room I’ve ever stayed in in my entire life. We had to leave because of the nicotine in the room. It made my whole family sick within 10 minutes.”

“This hotel was closed with doors locked and chained shut. They should have removed the ability to book through 3rd party. Very disappointing as I booked almost 2 hours before my arrival and was then forced to drive another hour. Chat was not helpful in getting this resolved.”
