“Room was in absolutely awful condition. Horrible dark decor and poor lighting hiding a myriad of maintenance issues and poor cleanliness. Some kind of broken glass in the carpet. Bathroom was dirty and had all kinds of strange overpainting on tile to hide mouldy grouts Cancelled checkin within 10 minutes, asked for my money back and walked away. ”

The after-hours check-in process was simple and stress-free, which made my late arrival smooth. A great stay for anyone heading up the North Shore! ”
