“There was only one bath towel and a hand towel in the room for two people. Which meant we had to the front desk to get towels and wash clothes. There was footprints in the bathtub. They didn't provide a hair dryer. Breakfast consisted of cereal bars, juices, muffins, yogurt, oranges and coffee. Parking was ok. That was our first and last time there.”
“The room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The amenities were fine. The check in was good. I had no complaints except when our TV went out and the internet was out we had no one to turn to to help us because no one was there to help. No staff on duty is a problem. A phone number in the rooms that you can call with a problem would be nice.”
