“I called the front desk clerk to ask how to stop a blinking light on the phone. I did what he told me to do and it did not work. he said he would come up and fix it but i waited a half hour and called again. I told him never mind cause I wanted to go to sleep. That's the only complaint that i have. Everything else was ok.”

“Thought the breakfast would have been included vs. having to pay for it. The end table near the bed had coffee stains and we had no shampoo in the bathroom.”

“The price of this hotel was pretty on par with other hotels in the area. My advice is to spend the additonal $20 for a different a hotel. It was clear that this Quality Inn wasn't new, however there's no excuse why it can't be cleaned and maintained properly. Thankfully I only stayed for a night. I moved the chair in the corner of the room when I left to make sure I didnt forget anything. I found rappers, dust bunnies, a TON of hair, and lord knows what else. There's no reason why this can't...

“Habitaciones amplias , limpias . En general está en muy buenas condiciones . Buen desayuno .”

“Fint boende i centrum av Scranton. Områdena runtomkring kan dock bli lite mörka när solen går ner, dålig belysning i vissa områden och skumma människor i rörelse. ”

“Good, clean and affordable hotel. Not the best surroundings for taking a morning walk but super close to the expressway. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was ok, especially the waffles. To bad they only used plastic knifes, forks bowls etc etc. Not the best for the environment. All in all, a good hotel. ”

“We didn’t end up staying over night because I was not feeling well, so we drove 2 hours home. It is a very nice place though. I think I got sick from the restaurant next door.”

“Clean and spacious room. Bathroom was clean. Friendly and pleasant staff. Breakfast was great with lots of nutritious food to choose from. Will definitely stay at a Springfield suites again in the future. I would give it a more than 5 stars.”

“Good staff, good breakfast , clean..close to everything you need it..”
