“We chose this hotel because it had a pool
And hot tub. Both were closed for renovations. The third floor smelled of urine. The room was not very clean. The stairwell smelled of smoke. The elevator carpet was dingy and smelled. We checked in at 1:30 am (late as we were driving from another state for a medical emergency) and we checked out by 8:30 am. We had originally booked for two nights, we cancelled our second. I do not recommend.”
“Property was basically fine. However, they charged my credit card twice for a one-night stay. That was eventually resolved. They also showed a $75 credit on my card which is still pending but quite confusing. I do not recall paying a security deposit or any payment to hold the room, so what is that all about?”
