“No hot food no tv on Friday. Guest left dog in room and dog barked alot. Staff did try to locate them.”

“The breakfast was continental as stated but was hoping for eggs and meat. Also no coffee in the room. When I arrived to check-in the power was mostly out due to storms but the manager helped me get into a room and even carried my bag up three flights of steps. Great customer service from this manager!!”

“Loved this hotel and would definitely stay again if in the area. The hotel, itself, was nice, clean and well maintained and very quiet. The staff was the best I've experienced in my travels. So very friendly and helpful. Definitely got that small town feel. LOVED it!!”

“Will never book a Quality Inn room again. Reserved room thru 3rd party, payment went thru just fine. Had a 16’ Penske truck and parked in front of office to check in. Was told to move truck out in dirt area. Said ok but needed to check in first bcuz I’m not carrying all my luggage across dirt lot. Was told no that we had to move truck first so she could see truck was moved. That’s just stupid! Made no sense but brought all stuff inside office then moved truck. I asked why and was sarcastically...

“The room was very large! Plenty room for family. The pool was beautiful. Also you can enjoy sitting around the firepit, there is an exercise room and also basketball area. Breakfast was excellent...It is large, alot of choices!!”

“The clerk who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Later that evening as we watched television, reception was awful. Clerk on duty at that time wasn't interested in our inquiry regarding tv reception. Breakfast foods ran out about 8:30. Still no attendant to that area.”
