I have a picture of one of the bed bugs I asked Expedia to message the property to see if they could give us a refund or a discount since someone was bit, by the bed bug and we got denied. Hotel staff was very rude. I am very disappointed with this hotel and do not recommend to anybody and hope.The staff is a little bit more friendly to your guys' next customers.”

I thought I was going to get another hotel but I didn't...So I call them back to see if I could reserve another night and the told me no...That wasn't not allowed at the hotel I should have reserve another stay that morning before 12noon. I thought that was wrong.”
