“Michael, the receptionist, was great! Very helpful and kind. The room was clean and to our liking. Property was clean and taken care of. Great location and parking was no trouble and free. Would stay here while in Austin, everytime. ”

“Clean room, nice staff, and a Pappadeux nearby, also in a quiet part of town. Nothing spectacular, but the kind of consistency you’d expect from a Hilton Garden Inn. The only thing about them is the pillows could be a bit more dense and the beds a maybe aren’t as luxurious or comfy as higher end spots. But for a quick stay or business trip, it does just fine. You can always ask for extra pillows, if needed.”

“Sincere was amazing! He greeted us warmly and was super professional. The room was clean and the hotel is in a great location for restaurants and shopping. Easy to find. The staff at the bar was also friendly and knowledgeable. ”

“This is a great location. You can walk to an HEB if you need to, and a great couple of restaurants even closer. Neighborhood is quiet, sidewalks with neighbors walking around.The house was clean and kitchen and baths had everything we needed.We had a minor maintenance need on the morning of Dec 26 and they had it fixed in about an hour. ”
